We believe the sea should be an accessible, relaxing, and natural space, not something to be approached with tension or fear.

For this reason, our experiences are designed to be progressive, with small groups and step-by-step guidance. Through breathing, movement, and body awareness, we accompany each person toward a more fluid and conscious relationship with the water.

No previous freediving experience is required, nor is a high level of physical fitness. The goal is not performance, but to create comfort, confidence, and presence, allowing the body to relax and the sea to become a place where you can truly feel at ease.

COASTAL BLUE SESSION

A gentle experience in small groups, perfect for beginners.

  • Essential theory: the fundamentals of freediving, equalization, and safety protocols.

  • Dry preparation: gentle Vinyasa yoga and breathing techniques to calm the mind and prepare the body.

  • In-water session: guided exploration in calm, shallow waters, developing comfort, relaxation, and confidence in the sea.

  • Introduction: boat briefing, group dynamics, and open-water safety procedures.

  • Preparation: guided pranayama on the catamaran deck, gently rocked by the waves.

  • In-water session: guided diving along the line, relaxation, and exploration of the underwater world.

We enter the sea with curiosity.
